Hello Wilson Staff,

We’re thrilled about the upcoming performance of the BRIDGE participants next Thursday, May 11th at 6pm. Attached is a flier with all the pertinent details for the show. Feel free to post/display/distribute - however you see fit. On the back is a schedule reminder for the BRIDGE students’ parents. In the meantime, Ms Rubio, could we please get 30 double-sided copies for today’s, Thursday, workshop? I will be able to pick up by 2:45pm.

Earlier next Thursday, we would like to invite the THINK TOGETHER students and Wilson teachers/staff to a "Preview" performance at 3:30 PM, which will be the students’ final rehearsal. The preview performance will be no longer than an hour.

In preparation for the big show, I wanted to remind you that BRIDGE will be meeting the library/outdoor performance area during the following days/times next week:

Monday, May 8th,, 3:20-5:20

Tuesday, May 9th, 3:20-5:20

Wednesday, May 10th, 2:20-4:20

Thursday, May 11th, 3:20-7:20 (Preview @ 3:30, Show @ 6:00)

During this week we will need an area to store production equipment (sound system, set pieces, props, costumes, etc.).

Our final workshop will be on Tuesday, May 16th from 3:20-5:20. This post-show workshop will give the students an opportunity to reflect on the experience and for everyone to say goodbye.

B.R.I.D.G.E. is gearing up for its After School Theatre Programs this school year. We are returning to Wilson Elementary in the spring 2017 semester.

Below is the full list of the workshop dates. Workshop times for the dates below will be the same as last year, 3:20 - 5:20 p.m. (or 2:20 - 4:20 p.m. on Wednesdays). Participants will receive snack with the other After School Programs when school dismisses, before the workshop starts (like before).
