Subject: Parent University Poster and Flyer
Good Morning,
Jasmine and I are reaching out to share with you that our 3rd annual Parent University will be held on Saturday, May 6th and we would appreciate your help in making this event a success! The Parent University will be a 1-day event providing workshops that will inform, train, and educate parents and family members about what they can do as partners to support their children in achieving academic and personal success.
Posters and flyers for this event are forth-coming. Site Leads will receive posters tomorrow at Leads Meeting. Please, post posters in high traffic areas to help advertise the event. Also, flyers will be arriving via district mail within the week for distribution to students. We ask that you please collect the confirmation slips, and send them to us via district mail on Wednesday, April 26 and Wednesday, May 3. We will personally contact every family that submits a confirmation slip. Please, help us reach our goal of at least 10 participants per school site.
