Greetings,

Everything seems to be ready for tonight's presentation.

1. I have arranged with Mrs. White for the exclusive use of the cafeteria beginning at 5:15.
2. Mr. Smith will ensure we have two live microphones.
3. We will use classrooms 24,25,26 as break out session rooms.
4. I'll utilize the ELMO from my class if needed.
5. I'll be available at 5:00 to greet our family visitors and remain on campus until the program ends.

I'll take plenty of photos to post.

Flyers were distributed last Thursday and earlier this week advertising this event.

Thank you and I'm truly looking forward to meeting my historical heroes.
