I went ahead and called Mr. Juan Barroso, District Coordinator for Career Day, and I told him that Kindergarten is interested to have either fire fighters or police officers come to our school to meet with the Kindergarten grade level. Mr. Juan Barroso has my email and he will send my contact information to the NCRF.

I was able to finally speak to Juan directly. He knows 6th grade is highly interested and will get back to me to confirm who will present once he gets that info from the organization. My former Wilson 6th grader reached out to me to ask if it was ok for her to come this Friday as part of her high school hours. She's now a Lynwood High junior and has a very powerful story to share with students.
