Subject: HBCU RECRUITMENT CARAVAN -Breakfast/Reception

Good Morning All,

On behalf of the Equity Department and the National College Resource Foundation (Black College Expo), we would like to cordially invite you to attend a short breakfast/ reception to 'Meet and Greet' HBCU Recruitment Representatives as well as several Presidents of Top Historical Black Colleges who are in town for the Black College Expo this upcoming weekend. The HBCU Recruitment Caravan will be stopping at Firebaugh and LHS on Friday, Febuary 10th recruiting and accepting Lynwood Students on the spot. Attached is a flyer regarding the itinerary of the HBCU Caravan for that day.

The Equity Department and the National College Resource Foundation would like to personally invite you to a breakfast that morning from 8-9:30 am for a 'Meet and Greet' in honor of the HBCU Caravan. The breakfast will be held at the District Office in Board Room B. We know that your time is tight, however, please plan to attend, if only for a short while, to help us receive the HBCU Caravan and HBCU College Presidents with a HEARTY WELCOME!
