Subject: Conga Kids Dance Culminating Performance

Hello,

As the Conga Kids Dance program continues to advance, I thought I’d take this opportunity to prepare us for culmination.

Every school will have a culminating event, where all your 5th graders will perform their dances on stage. I’m asking for you to please decide on a date and time for this performance, which will be sometime in the last week of Nov. or first week of Dec., and to please email me your decision.

The idea is to give as many people (parents and lower grades) the opportunity to watch your kid’s dance, so maybe a morning performance for the school, and an evening performance for parents? Whatever you think is best for your school.

I will be following up with you soon about the dates and location for the Competition, which will happen after the culminating event performance.
